Flat-Top Bit
Engineering Advantages
- 01SHAPED FLAT-TOP CROWN
- 02CONTROLLED DIRECTIONAL GUIDANCE
- 03CONTINUOUS BORE CLEANING
At a Glance
- Formation / Operating Conditions
- f ≤ 10
- Size Range
- Φ56–Φ120 mm
Product Details
The flat-top crown and cutter arrangement are configured for directional drilling where guidance, bore-path control, and stable engagement are important. Its compact steel-body profile supports consistent cutting response and effective flushing while allowing connection and cutter details to be matched to the drilling assembly.
Drag Bit
Engineering Advantages
- 01SHARP CUTTING EDGES
- 02FAST PENETRATION
- 03RELIABLE FLUSHING
At a Glance
- Formation / Operating Conditions
- f ≤ 10
- Size Range
- Φ75–Φ311 mm
Product Details
The drag-bit structure uses conical or stepped blades to form sharp cutting edges while preserving open space for cuttings removal. It is suited to soft, uniform formations where rapid penetration, straightforward torque response, and reliable bore cleaning are favored over complex cutting geometry.
Model-to-Formation Match
Match each non-core bit configuration to formation category and Protodyakonov coefficient F before final connection and diameter selection.
